Hookway is experienced in providing advice relating to the feasibility of a newly proposed project. We can help ensure that our clients are able to make a well informed decision, prior to any firm commitments or large financial expenditure.

We frequently work with clients, and/or their design team, to transform their vision into a viable concept and ensure that any potential risk has been fully explored and dealt with, or minimised. We can also offer assistance with producing a business case for reviewing funding viability.

When assessing a client's requirement, several options may be available. In this instance we can help to develop the client brief, then investigate and assess potential solutions to their requirement. This is an 'options appraisal' and it is invaluable in assisting a client with making a better informed decision regarding costs, risks and project outcomes.

We can also assist with obtaining funding from a variety of different sources, including government funding for education, lottery funding and funding for green initiatives.

Testimonial

“Hookway have worked in collaboration with us to deliver this transformation project and have provided regular clear communication throughout which has helped with the smooth running of the project. The project team have all played a vital role in this year-long programme and we’re delighted the project has finished on time and on budget.”

“Our old sports hall has now been transformed into a multi-purpose performance space with a professional stage lighting and sound rig. What a transformation! Tom Bishop from Hookway listened very carefully to our requirements and then went about designing the new Norton Hill Arts Theatre. With cherry panelling and sound absorbent materials the main room has amazing acoustics, perfect for concerts and performances alike.”

“The whole project was entirely ‘self-sufficient’ as far as the school leaders were concerned, apart from pre-agreed meetings/decisions along the way, and the building was completed to a very high spec in a safe and efficient way. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hookway to other schools.”
